Are you Selling a Home?

Don't get held up at the inspection report, clean up and fix before. We professionally do the following:

The Process

Our technician treats your home or business while wearing personal protection equipment (PPE).

We will use our hospital grade disinfectant to fog, and disinfect ductwork after our duct cleaning.

Our fogging equipment and methods will cause the disinfectant to reach areas that common hand cleaning methods would not be able to reach.

Indoor Air Quality, Ask about Air Scrubbers (high-powered fans) will be placed to help clean the air.

What to Expect

We will...

  1. Use drop cloths to protect carpet and household furnishings during cleaning.

  2. Open access ports or doors to allow the entire system to be cleaned and inspected.

  3. Use vacuum equipment that exhausts particles outside of the home.

  4. Use well-controlled brushing of duct surfaces in conjunction with contact vacuum cleaning to dislodge dust and other particles.

  5. Use only soft-bristled brushes for fiberglass duct board and sheet metal ducts internally lined with fiberglass.

  6. Seal and re-insulate any access ports  made.

  7. Follow NADCA's standards for air duct cleaning.

Repair Rusty Broken Ducts

How ducts get rusty....Debris buildup in your duct work over time and along with the changes in climate and levels of humidity; can cause mold and mildew to form inside the ducts, causing the ducts to get rusty, and eventually, break apart.

This may be the case if you experience,

  • high utility bills,

  • vents located in a crawlspace, the attic or the garage.

If you suspect you may be in need of duct repair,

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Highly combustible lint can build up inside dryers. Therefore, we clean machine interiors as well.

For the interior vent cleaning, first we will do an inspection of the system. Depending on what the interior vent inspection shows is needed, then do up to 3 types of interior vent cleaning services:

2. Inspection, and replacement if needed, of vent hooked to the back of the dryer. Gets replaced if broken or made of unsafe, potentially combustible materiel.

Starting at $249.00.

*The price will vary depending on the location of the dryer and how long the dryer vent line is.

Replacing Your HVAC System?

In a typical system, the fan or blower circulates air from the occupied space through the air filter, return grills, return ducting, heating or cooling coils, and through supply ducting into the occupied space.

Up-flow Systems

In a vertically mounted, up-flow HVAC system, air is drawn through the bottom of the system and discharged out the top. Typically, these systems are located within the conditioned portion of the residence, in a basement.

Down-flow Systems

In a down-flow HVAC system, the air being conditioned enters the unit from the top and is discharged out the bottom of the air handler. often, vertical down-flow systems are installed in a closet  or garage, with the ductwork located in a crawlspace under the occupied space.

Horizontal HVAC systems are designed to allow air to flow from left to right or right to left. Often, these systems are found in attics or underneath houses.

Why not replace both units at the same time with a “matched” furnace and A/C designed to work together to deliver the energy efficiency and indoor comfort that matches your climate and/or budget.

Water problems is a stressful situation when water floods your home and damages your furniture, carpet and soak into your drywall. If not taken care of right away.... mold will grow in your walls!
